  • 4 Scallions, sliced
  • 2 Soft-boiled eggs
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds

Directions

Step 1

Season the chicken breast with salt and black pepper.

In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breast and cook until browned on both sides, about 6-8 minutes per side. Remove the chicken from the pot and set aside.
