  • 4 ounces ramen noodles
  • 3 stalks green onions
  • 2 pieces soft-boiled eggs
  • 1 cup bean sprouts
  • 1 sheet seaweed sheets
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.

In a large pot over medium heat, add sesame oil and warm for 1 minute.

Add chicken breasts to the pot and sear for about 3-4 minutes on each side until browned.

Remove the chicken breasts from the pot and set aside.
