Ingredients

  • 0.5 cup Kalamata olives, sliced
  • 0.5 cup Feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 0.25 cup Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 0.5 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process, then set aside.

Step 2

Prepare the dressing by whisking together olive oil, lemon juice, red wine vinegar, honey, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl or jar. Set aside.
