Ingredients

  • 250 grams Boneless chicken breast
  • 2 sheets Puff pastry sheets
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 0.5 Green bell pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garam masala
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 100 grams Cream cheese
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped cilantro

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).

Step 2

Finely chop the onion, garlic, and green bell pepper.

Step 3

Cut the chicken breast into small cubes.

Step 4

In a pan over medium heat, add olive oil and sauté the onions and garlic until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.

Step 5

Add the chopped green bell pepper and continue to sauté for another 2 minutes.

Step 6

Add the chicken cubes to the pan, along with salt, black pepper, cumin powder, coriander powder, chili powder, turmeric powder, and garam masala.

Step 7

Cook the chicken until it's fully cooked and no longer pink inside, about 8-10 minutes.

Once cooked, take the pan off the heat and let the mixture cool slightly.

Mix in the cream cheese until well combined and creamy.

Unroll the puff pastry sheets on a lightly floured surface and cut each into 6 equal squares.

Place a tablespoon of the chicken filling in the center of each square.

Fold each square into a triangle and press the edges with a fork to seal.
