  • 500 g Boneless chicken breast
  • 4 medium-sized Potatoes
  • 1 large Onion
  • 3 Garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Dried oregano
  • 200 ml Heavy cream
  • 150 g Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp Fresh parsley

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).

Step 2

Peel the potatoes and slice them into thin round slices, about 2-3 mm thick. Set them aside in water to prevent browning.

Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and season with salt, pepper, paprika, and dried oregano. Mix well to coat evenly.

Finely chop the onion and garlic.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
