  • 1 pound Ground chicken
  • 1 cup Cabbage
  • 0.5 cup Carrots
  • 3 units Green onions
  • 2 units Garlic cloves
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Pepper
  • 40 units Pot sticker wrappers
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
  • 0.25 cup Water

Directions

Step 1

Finely shred 1 cup of cabbage and place it in a large mixing bowl.

Step 2

Grate 0.5 cup of carrots and add them to the bowl with the cabbage.

Step 3

Chop 3 green onions and mince 2 garlic cloves, then add them to the bowl.

Step 4

Add 1 tablespoon of minced ginger to the vegetable mixture.

Step 5

Add 1 pound of ground chicken to the vegetables.

Step 6

Season with 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, 0.5 teaspoon of salt, and 0.25 teaspoon of pepper.
