  • 4 pieces Pita bread
  • 1 medium Cucumber
  • 1 large Tomato
  • 0.5 small Red onion
  • 0.25 cup Fresh parsley
  • 1 cup Plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 0.5 tsp Ground cumin

Directions

Step 1

Begin by slicing the boneless chicken breast into thin strips. In a bowl, combine the chicken strips with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to coat the chicken evenly.

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken strips to the skillet and cook for 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through. Remove from heat and set aside.
