Ingredients

  • 12 pieces phyllo dough sheets
  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 stalks green onions, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

Step 3

Stir in the chopped spinach and cook for 2-3 minutes until wilted. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

In a large bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, cream cheese, spinach mixture, feta cheese, green onions, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
