  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 0.5 cup sun-dried tomatoes
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 0.25 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 0.25 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Directions

Step 1

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the penne pasta according to the package instructions. Reserve 1/2 cup of the pasta water, then drain and set the cooked pasta aside.

Season the chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder on both sides.
