Ingredients

  • 500 grams Ground chicken
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 0.25 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 large Egg
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
  • 4 pieces Sandwich buns
  • 4 pieces Lettuce leaves
  • 1 large Tomato, sliced
  • 0.5 cup Pickles, sliced
  • 0.25 cup Mayonnaise
  • 0.25 cup Ketchup

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, egg, minced garlic, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

Step 2

Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each into a patty about 1/2 inch thick.

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
