Ingredients

  • 2 pieces Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 12 ounces Bowtie pasta (farfalle)
  • 1 cup Hidden Valley Ranch dressing
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup Cucumber, diced
  • 0.25 cup Red onion, thinly sliced
  • 0.5 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoons Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Cook the bowtie pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water according to the package instructions. Drain, rinse under cold water, and set aside.
