  • 2 pieces Chicken breast
  • 12 ounces Penne pasta
  • 3 cups Broccoli florets

  • 2.5 cups Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

  • 1 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoons Black pepper
  • 0.5 cups Breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Step 2

Cook the penne pasta in a large pot of salted, boiling water until al dente, according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Steam the broccoli florets for about 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp. Set aside.

While the pasta and broccoli are cooking, season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken until fully cooked, about 5-6 minutes per side. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes, then dice into bite-sized pieces.
