  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 large Chicken breasts

  • 3 cloves Garlic cloves
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 400 grams Crushed tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons Tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Dried basil
  • 150 milliliters Heavy cream
  • 50 grams Parmesan cheese
  • 200 grams Mozzarella cheese
  • 50 grams Breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons Parsley

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).

Step 2

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the penne pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Step 3

Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Step 4

Season the chicken breasts with 1/2 teaspoon of salt and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper. Add them to the skillet and cook for about 5-6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove from the pan and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing into bite-sized pieces.
