  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 8 fresh basil leaves

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Slice each chicken breast in half horizontally to create 4 cutlets. Pound them to an even thickness between two pieces of plastic wrap.

Season the chicken cutlets with salt and black pepper on both sides.
