  • 4 pieces Chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 medium Yellow onion, finely chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup Crushed tomatoes
  • 0.5 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 0.5 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 3 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 cups Cooked white rice or crusty bread (optional, for serving)

Directions

Step 1

Season the chicken thighs with salt, black pepper, and paprika on both sides.

Heat 1 tablespoon of the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken and sear for 4-5 minutes on each side, until golden brown. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
