  • 0.5 teaspoon Turmeric powder

  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 cup Gram flour (besan)
  • 0.25 cup Rice flour
  • 0.25 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 0.5 cup Water
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves, chopped

Directions

Step 1

Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and set aside.

In a mixing bowl, combine the ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, coriander powder, salt, and lemon juice.
