  • 2 pieces Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 250 grams Spaghetti pasta
  • 4 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons Hoisin sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha
  • 2 teaspoons Sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon Brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 3 cloves Garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Grated ginger
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
  • 3 stalks Scallions, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the spaghetti pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Step 2

Season the chicken breasts with salt and ground black pepper on both sides.

Step 3

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 6-7 minutes per side, or until they are fully cooked with an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C). Remove the chicken from the skillet, let it rest for 5 minutes, then slice thinly.

In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, hoisin sauce, sriracha, sesame oil, brown sugar, lime juice, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Whisk until the sauce mixture is well-combined.
