  • 300 g Tortilla chips
  • 2 pieces Cooked chicken breast (shredded)
  • 200 g Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 150 g Shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 2 pieces Fresh jalapeños (sliced)
  • 1 small Red onion (diced)
  • 1 medium Tomato (diced)
  • 2 tablespoons Cilantro (chopped)
  • 120 g Sour cream
  • 120 g Guacamole
  • 150 g Salsa
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika
  • 1.5 teaspoons Chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).

Step 2

In a medium skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the shredded chicken, ground cumin, smoked paprika, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes to combine the flavors. Set aside.
