  • 500 grams ground chicken
  • 200 grams white mushrooms

  • 60 ml milk
  • 40 grams parmesan cheese, grated
  • 15 grams fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon paprika

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a loaf pan with a small amount of olive oil or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.

Finely chop the white mushrooms and onion, and mince the garlic cloves.

Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and garlic, sautéing for 2-3 minutes until softened.
