Ingredients

  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 0.75 cup Water
  • 500 grams Chicken breast
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 1 inch piece Ginger
  • 0.5 cup Coriander leaves
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

In a large bowl, combine the all-purpose flour with a pinch of salt. Gradually add water and knead into a smooth dough. Cover the dough with a damp cloth and set aside for 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, prepare the filling. Finely chop the chicken breast or mince it in a food processor.

Step 3

Chop the onion, mince the garlic, and grate the ginger. Finely chop the coriander leaves as well.

Step 4

In a mixing bowl, combine the minced chicken, onion, garlic, ginger, coriander leaves, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly to ensure even distribution of the ingredients.

Divide the dough into small sections and roll each into a log shape. Cut logs into even sections, approx. 1 inch each, and roll these into small balls.

Dust your work surface with flour and roll each dough ball into a small, thin circle about 3 inches in diameter using a rolling pin.
