  • 2 tablespoons Fresh cilantro (chopped, for garnish)
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoons Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 2 teaspoons Coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • 2 small Green chilies (slit)

Directions

Step 1

Heat the cooking oil in a large pan or skillet over medium heat.

Add the cumin seeds and allow them to sizzle for a few seconds until aromatic.

Add the finely chopped onions and sauté until they turn golden brown, approximately 6-8 minutes.
