  • 120 milliliters chicken broth
  • 60 milliliters heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (chopped)

Directions

Step 1

Clean the chicken livers by trimming off any connective tissue or fat. Rinse them under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.

Step 2

In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of butter and 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat.
