  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper, freshly ground
  • 1 serving watercress or steamed vegetables (for serving)

Directions

Step 1

Heat the olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides. Sear them in the skillet for 4-5 minutes per side, or until golden brown. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
