  • 3 tablespoons Unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped

Directions

Step 1

Season the chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika on both sides.

Dredge each chicken breast lightly in the all-purpose flour, shaking off any excess.
