  • 2 small Shallots, finely chopped
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • 1.5 cup Marsala wine
  • 0.5 cup Heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoon(s) Fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon(s) Lemon juice
  • 4 sprig(s) Fresh dill sprigs

Directions

Step 1

Season the chicken breasts on both sides with salt and black pepper.

Step 2

Dredge each chicken breast in the flour, shaking off the excess.

Step 3

Heat 1 tablespoon of unsalted butter and 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Sear the chicken breasts until golden brown on both sides, about 3 minutes per side. Remove the chicken and set aside.

Reduce the heat to medium and add the remaining 1 tablespoon of butter to the skillet.
