  • 2 tablespoons Capers (drained)
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon zest

Directions

Step 1

Season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper.

Step 2

Lightly dredge the chicken breasts in the all-purpose flour, shaking off any excess flour.

In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of the butter with the olive oil over medium-high heat.
