  • 2 pieces chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
  • 1 tablespoon adobo sauce from the chipotle can
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 piece lime, cut into wedges

Directions

Step 1

Season the chicken breasts on both sides with salt, black pepper, and paprika.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts and sear them for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove the chicken and set aside.
