Ingredients

  • 2 pieces Chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)
  • 2 slices Ham slices
  • 2 slices Swiss cheese slices
  • 1 sheet Frozen puff pastry sheets (thawed)
  • 1 piece Egg (beaten)
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Season both chicken breasts with salt and black pepper on both sides.

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken breasts for 2-3 minutes per side until lightly browned but not fully cooked. Remove the chicken from the skillet and let them cool slightly.
