  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup chicken broth

Directions

Step 1

Place chicken breasts between two sheets of plastic wrap and use a meat mallet to pound them to an even thickness of about 1/2 inch.

In a shallow dish, whisk together buttermilk and eggs. In another shallow dish, combine flour, cornstarch, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1 teaspoon of black pepper.
