  • 2 tablespoons Chopped fresh parsley
  • 4 pieces Lemon slices

Directions

Step 1

Place each chicken breast between two sheets of plastic wrap and gently pound to an even thickness of about 1/2 inch.

Season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.

Place the flour on a shallow plate. In a separate shallow bowl, whisk together the eggs and grated Parmesan cheese until well-combined.
