  • 0.5 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 0.25 teaspoons Nutmeg
  • 0.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

In a medium bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, milk, eggs, melted butter, and 1/4 teaspoon of salt until smooth. Cover and let the batter rest for 15 minutes.

Heat a non-stick skillet or crepe pan over medium heat. Lightly grease the pan with butter or cooking spray.

Pour 1/4 cup of the batter into the pan, swirling to coat the bottom evenly. Cook for 1-2 minutes or until the edges begin to lift, then flip and cook for another 30 seconds. Transfer to a plate and repeat with the remaining batter.
