  • 4 pieces Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 0.5 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoons Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 0.5 cups Dry white wine
  • 1 cups Heavy cream
  • 0.5 cups Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 8 cups Baby spinach
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh lemon juice

Directions

Step 1

Prepare the chicken breasts by pounding them to an even thickness of about 1/2 inch. Pat them dry with paper towels.

Step 2

In a shallow dish, combine the flour, salt, and black pepper. Lightly dredge each chicken breast in the flour mixture, shaking off any excess.

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the chicken breasts and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
