  • 2 tablespoons Brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Water
  • 0.25 teaspoon Ground ginger

Directions

Step 1

Slice the chicken breasts into thin strips approximately 1 inch wide for even-sized chicken fingers.

Step 2

Set up a breading station with three shallow dishes: one with flour, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder mixed together, one with whisked eggs and milk, and one with a mixture of panko breadcrumbs and grated Parmesan cheese.
