  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 2 tablespoons Milk
  • 1.5 cups Breadcrumbs

  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground black pepper
  • 0.5 cup Vegetable oil
  • 0.5 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Pickle relish
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • 0.5 teaspoon Paprika (for remoulade sauce)
  • 1 teaspoon Capers (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Cut the chicken breasts into thin strips, about 1 inch wide.

Prepare three separate bowls for dredging. In the first bowl, add flour. In the second bowl, whisk together eggs and milk. In the third bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
