Ingredients

  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 tablespoon Milk
  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 cups Vegetable oil
  • 8 pieces Mini sandwich rolls
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 cup Shredded lettuce
  • 8 pieces Sliced tomatoes

Directions

Step 1

In a shallow bowl, mix together the flour, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.

In a separate shallow bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.

Place the panko breadcrumbs in a third shallow bowl.
