  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped cilantro
  • 6 pieces Large flour tortillas
  • 0.5 cup Sour cream
  • 2 teaspoons Hot sauce (optional)
  • 0.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons Ground black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Cut the chicken breasts into small, bite-sized pieces.

Step 2

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the chicken pieces to the skillet.
