Ingredients

  • 12 oz Fettuccine pasta
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 pieces Chicken breast
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper
  • 3 cloves Garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 2 cups Heavy cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Fontina cheese, shredded
  • 4 oz Cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 0.5 cup Chicken broth

Directions

Step 1

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Step 2

Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper on both sides.

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the chicken breasts and cook for 4-5 minutes per side or until fully cooked through. Remove chicken from the skillet, let it rest for 5 minutes, then slice it into thin strips.
