  • 2 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 12 ounces fettuccine pasta

  • 0.25 cup bourbon
  • 1.5 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese (freshly grated)
  • 0.5 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons parsley (chopped)

Directions

Step 1

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1/4 cup of pasta water, then drain and set aside.

Season the chicken breasts with 1/2 teaspoon of salt and 1/4 teaspoon of ground black pepper on both sides.
