Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Slice the baguettes in half lengthwise and scoop out some of the inner bread to create a well for the filling. Set aside.
Season the chicken breasts with oregano, salt, and black pepper on both sides.
In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Cook the chicken breasts for 5-6 minutes on each side until fully cooked and golden brown. Remove from the pan and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing them into thin strips.

Place the filled baguettes on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes until the bread is crisp and the filling is warmed through.
Slice each baguette into portions and serve immediately.
