  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 0.5 teaspoon Crushed red pepper flakes
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Season the chicken breasts on both sides with salt, black pepper, and paprika.

Step 2

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and sear for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown but not fully cooked through. Remove from the pan and set aside.
