Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken breast
  • 3 tbsp Lime juice
  • 3 Garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Chili powder
  • 1 tsp Ground cumin
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 Red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 Yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 Green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 Yellow onion, sliced
  • 8 Tortillas
  • 2 tbsp Fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)
  • 0.5 cup Sour cream (optional)
  • 0.5 cup Shredded cheddar cheese (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Slice the chicken breast into thin strips and set aside in a large mixing bowl.

Step 2

In a small bowl, prepare the marinade by mixing lime juice, minced garlic, olive oil, chili powder, ground cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

Pour the marinade over the chicken strips and toss to coat evenly. Let the chicken marinate for 10-15 minutes while you prepare the vegetables.
