  • 1 lb Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 whole (juiced) Lime
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 whole Red bell pepper
  • 1 whole Green bell pepper
  • 1 medium Yellow onion
  • 4 whole Large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 cup Sour cream
  • 0.5 cup Salsa
  • 0.25 cup (chopped, optional) Fresh cilantro

Directions

Step 1

In a small bowl, mix together lime juice, garlic powder, ground cumin, chili powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.

Step 2

Slice the chicken breasts into thin strips and place them in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the chicken, seal or cover, and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.

While the chicken is marinating, slice the red and green bell peppers and the onion into thin strips.
