Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
Place the chicken breasts in a pot of water, bring to a boil, and cook until the chicken is fully cooked and no longer pink in the center, about 15 minutes. Remove the chicken, allow it to cool slightly, and shred using two forks.
While the chicken cooks, bring another pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions for al dente texture. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the diced onion and green bell pepper, and sauté for 5-7 minutes until softened.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cooked spaghetti, sautéed onion and bell pepper, cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth, 1 1/2 cups of the shredded cheddar cheese, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Mix until well combined.
Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread it out in an even layer. Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese on top.
Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes. Then, remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese on top is melted and bubbly.
