  • 0.75 cups dry white wine
  • 1 cups chicken broth
  • 0.5 cups heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoons lemon juice

Directions

Step 1

Place the chicken breasts on a cutting board and pound them to an even thickness using a meat mallet or rolling pin (about 1/2-inch thick).

Step 2

In a shallow dish, combine the flour, salt, and black pepper. Dredge each chicken breast in the flour mixture, shaking off any excess.

Step 3

In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of butter and the olive oil over medium heat until sizzling.

Add the chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
