  • 12 sheets Egg roll wrappers
  • 1 large (beaten) Egg
  • 2 cups (for frying) Vegetable oil

Directions

Step 1

In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground chicken until fully cooked, breaking it apart into small pieces. This should take about 5-7 minutes.

Add the shredded cabbage, carrots, green onions, garlic, and ginger to the skillet. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are softened.

Stir in the soy sauce and sesame oil. Mix well to combine, then transfer the mixture to a large bowl to cool slightly.
