  • 500 grams ground chicken
  • 2 stalks green onions, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 0.5 teaspoons salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons white pepper
  • 40 pieces dumpling wrappers
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 0.5 cup water

Directions

Step 1

In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, green onions, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and white pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

Step 2

Prepare a clean work surface and have a small bowl of water nearby. Take one dumpling wrapper and place about a teaspoon of the chicken filling in the center.

Step 3

Dip your finger in water and dampen the edges of the wrapper to help seal it. Fold the wrapper in half over the filling to form a semi-circle, and press the edges together to seal, making sure there are no air pockets.
