  • 0.25 cup Heavy cream
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley (chopped)

Directions

Step 1

Place the chicken breasts between two pieces of plastic wrap. Gently pound them with a meat mallet or rolling pin until they are about 1/2-inch thick.

Season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper.
