  • 1 teaspoon Ground turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh cilantro
  • 100 ml Water
  • 1 small Green chili (optional, for spiciness)

Directions

Step 1

Dice the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and set aside.

Finely chop the onion, tomatoes, and green chili (if using).

Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.

Add the chopped onion and sauté for 3-4 minutes until translucent.
