  • 1 tablespoon All-purpose flour

  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon Paprika
  • 2 sheets (thawed) Puff pastry sheets
  • 1 large (beaten for egg wash) Egg

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Stir in the flour to create a smooth roux and cook for 1 minute.
