Ingredients

  • 1 piece Chicken breast (boneless, skinless)
  • 2 pieces Bacon strips
  • 1 piece Hamburger bun
  • 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 1 piece Iceberg lettuce leaf
  • 1 piece Tomato slice
  • 1 teaspoon Vegetable oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat a grill or stovetop grill pan over medium-high heat and lightly oil the surface with vegetable oil.

Step 2

In a small bowl, season the chicken breast with salt and black pepper on both sides.

Place the chicken breast on the hot grill or grill pan and cook for about 6-8 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Remove from the grill and let it rest for a couple of minutes.
